2014/2015 ANNUAL BUDGET

 THIS BUDGET INCLUDES A RAISE OF $25.  THE FOLLOWING IS A BREAKDOWN

1ST LOT - $2025.00 - If you pay in full by April 30, 2014, there is a 5% discount ($101.25)  making   the total due of $1923.75.

If you prefer to make (2) installments, 1st due - April 30th = $1012.50, 2nd due October 31 = $ 1012.50

2ND LOT - $1900.00 - If you pay in full by April 30th, 2014, there is a 5% discount ($95.00) making the total due of $1805.00

If you prefer to make (2) installments, 1st due - April 30th = $950.00, 2nd due October 31 =$950.00

EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2014 THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FEE WILL BE $ 1,012.50.

Letters were sent out to property owners who have not paid their second half of their dues that was to be paid by October 31, 2012 informing them that they had until March 1st to pay this or they would lose their rights to pay in two installments for 3 years.

This has nothing to do with their utilities being disconnected on December 1st, as has always been the case.  Lot owners whose utilities were shut off were notified with a bill for the shut off fee of $35.00.  Utilities will NOT be turned on until the full amount is paid ALONG with the $35.00 shut off fee.

THERE WILL BE A $100 DUES INCREASE THIS YEAR.  THE FOLLOWING IS A BREAKDOWN:

FIRST LOT OWNER - $2000.00

TO PAY IN FULL BY APRIL 30TH - DISCOUNT IS $100.00 - TOTAL DUE = $1900.00

SECOND LOT OWNER - $1875.00

TO PAY IN FULL BY APRIL 30TH - DISCOUNT IS 93.75 - TOTAL DUE = $1781.25

FIRST LOT OWNERS PAYING IN TWO (2) INSTALLMENTS = $1,000.00 DUE APRIL & OCTOBER

SECOND LOT OWNERS PAYING IN TWO (2) INSTALLMENTS = $937.50 DUE APRIL & OCTOBER.

THE CIF FEE FOR THE SEASON BEGINNING MAY 1, 2013 IS $1,000.00 FOR ANYONE PURCHASING A NEW PROPERTY.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

PROPERTY OWNERS WHO PAY THEIR DUES IN HALF WILL HAVE UNTIL MARCH 1, 2013 TO PAY THEIR DELINQUENT HALF OF DUES .

  IF THIS SECOND HALF IS NOT PAID, YOUR ABILITY TO PAY IN HALF FOR THE NEXT THREE (3) YEARS WILL BE SUSPENDED AND YOUR DUES MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO GET YOUR BADGES.
